This vast Gordon Ramsay cooking show was installed over 10 weeks during the summer of 2022. It is one of the largest and most challenging television sets Scott Fleary has ever undertaken. Taking over 6 months to complete, it occupied the vast majority of our workforce and many specialist sub-contractors.
Take it off! Take it off! Take it off! The Masks for the Saturday Project were made of fiberglass designed to float on a cantilevered steel frame handling large loads to the studio floor. The Masks were erected in stages, starting with the top sections first to keep the working.
Touring game show construction Scott Fleary developed, manufactured and installed 14 part international touring game show based on Ellen’s Game of Games. Launching in Madrid, it toured to Germany, Hungary, Portugal & Dubai.
Continuing a ten year relationship with the Big Brother team, Scott Fleary was invited to build a central element of the live eviction stage: a cantilevered spiral staircase which can rotate in use for the main reveal of contestant eviction.
The Voice Sets and Staging Scott Fleary worked on The Voice on its first UK iteration whilst its home was at the BBC. This involved 3 sets, Auditions, The Battles and then the Finals, all requiring separate builds whilst the productions rolled through the format.
